Jennifer is one of the most caring, innovative and creative people I know. She is very detailed oriented and has amazing follow through on her commitments. Throughout the time that I have known her, Jennifer continues to expand her horizons and operates with a Growth Mindset. She is very proficient with all of the various technology applications as well as graphic design. I highly recommend Jennifer!

Jennifer is incredibly charismatic and brings personality and passion to her work and colleagues. She's organized events attended by hundreds, led fundraising campaigns, coached staff in instructional technology integration, designed curriculum and budget for courses, and more - all while teaching middle school students STEM. Jen always follows through and is an excellent communicator. She is packed with enthusiasm and potential and comes with more professional experience and education than most. Any team would be lucky to have Jen - I hope we get to work together again one day!

Jennifer was a fantastic person to work with. Jennifer is dedicated, self-motivated, and a team player. Jennifer quickly established herself as the Team Leader for the Technology Department at Lakeside Middle School. She kept the team motivated and shared her knowledge and love of technology which guided her team throughout the Pandemic and online learning. Jennifer was good at handling conflict and helping her team get through this crisis. Jennifer is a take-charge person who can take on any new endeavor. I’m sure she will be a great asset to any team she joins.

 I worked with Mrs. Salvati for six years as an Assistant Principal. 

She  has served in the role of a Digital Ambassador, Computer Literacy Educator, Language Arts teacher and led the Parent Involvement Team. Every one of these positions demanded time and effort, which Mrs. Salvati committed to on a daily basis. Mrs. Salvati has organized numerous fundraising  and social events for staff and parents. She managed the social media account for Lakeside Middle School, and advertised events and communicated with the community about the great things happening at the school.

Mrs. Salvati will be an asset and a great addition to your organization.
